• Two-time NCAA individual qualifier in cross country for the Terps
• Twice named All-Region Cross Country team for the Mid-Atlantic
• Improved 37 spots from his sophomore to junior year in the individual race at the NCAA Cross Country Championships to finish 88th (30:49.5) over the 10,000-meter race
• Earned a spot at the 2009 NCAA Championships when he finished sixth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional
• In his last outdoor season with the Terrapins, he ran 14:07.48 in the 5,000-meter run and 29:56.57 in the 10,000-meter run
• Ran season bests for the Terps in the 3,000- and 5,000-meter runs during the 2011 indoor season

Prior to Maryland
• Named honorable mention all-state in cross country by Denver Post
• Placed seventh at the 2006 Colorado State high School Cross Country Championships
• Finished 30th at the 2006 Foot Locker Regional Cross Country Championships
