Biography
Prior to Georgetown: Phelps joins the Hoyas after helping Loyola Academy to a third-place finish in the 8+ at the Lake Dillon Invitational. She also helped lead her squad to a fourth-place finish at the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) State Tournament in 2014.
