CAMPAIGN PILLARS
Adding Scholarships: $6,000,00067326
Raising $6M in scholarship support, through aggregated endowment funds, will add the equivalent of four full scholarships to the program

  • Establish your own scholarship endowment



Shirley Povich Field Improvements: $3,000,000
Enhancing and updating Shirley Povich Field through $3M in improvements will ensure the field remains a top of class DI facility. 
  • Enhancements planned: state-of-the-art turf field surface, raised perimeter fencing, new/expanded dugouts.
  • Gifts of all amounts are welcome!

67209Coaching Excellence: $1,500,000
Investing $1.5M in coaching compensation will help Georgetown to retain and attract the best coaches
  • A 50/50 initiative will provide funding to improve compensation for the head coach and assistant coaching pool, while also supporting the athletic department's current coaching expenses.
  • Give to an existing group scholarship endowment or
  • Establish your own scholarship endowment
 
  • Minimum amount to establish an endowment: $100,000
  • Multi-year commitment of at least $100,000 over five year period
  • Estimated 5% annual income distribution
  • Annual distribution will fluctuate with market value of the fund
