Capital One Park

Capital One Park is a state-of-the-art NCAA level baseball stadium featuring a major league quality synthetic turf field including a natural pitching mound, an electronic scoreboard, and the latest in professional lighting. Georgetown made Capital One Park the new home of the Hoyas at the start of the 2024 season. Capital One Park also features canopied club style seating for over 600 fans, bleacher seats along the 3rd base line, a picnic area down the 1st, base line, and a party deck in center field which can be rented for private parties.

Baseball Outdoor Batting Cag

A three-tunnel outdoor hitting cage was installed on top of Yates Field House in 2008. Over the years, the Hoyas have replaced the turf throughout and transitioned from dirt to turf mounds.

John Thompson Athletic Center
BSBL Locker

In the fall of 2016, the opening of the Thompson Athletic Center provided locker rooms for the men's and women's basketball, lacrosse and soccer teams and opened up considerable space in McDonough Arena.

BASEBALL LOCKER ROOM

The baseball team moved into the space previously used for the men's basketball locker room in 2016. The renovations for the locker room were funded by an anonymous donation. The locker room includes 35 new locker stalls with individual stools, sofas, armchairs, multiple televisions and a refrigerator. Along with the main locker area, the Hoyas also have an upstairs lounge that can be used for recreation, a study quiet area or watching film.
