Biography

Junior at Maryland (2021-22)
  • Averaged 7.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game, appearing in all 32 contests with 31 starts to his credit.
  • Registered 12 contests in double figures to go along with a pair of 18-point performances against George Washington (Nov. 11) and Virginia Tech (Dec. 1)
  • Produced his lone double-double of the season against the Colonials with 18 points and a career-high 15 rebounds.
  • Named to the 2022 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year Award Watch List

Sophomore (2020-21)
  • Helped the Hoyas hoist its league-leading eighth BIG EAST Tournament Championship and earned a spot on the 2021 BIG EAST All-Tournament Team
  • Appeared in 26 games during the 2020-21 season, averaging 12.7 points on 59.1% shooting from the field while pulling down 8.2 rebounds per game.
  • Tallied eight double-doubles on the year with his last coming in the BIG EAST Tournament championship game against Creighton (March 13, 2021), finishing with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Recorded 19 games in double figures, including a career-high 20 points and 12 rebounds in the NCAA Tournament against Colorado (March 20, 2021) and ending the season on a seven-game double-digit scoring streak.

Prior to Georgetown 
  • Hails from Nigeria and played two seasons at Virginia Academy before transferring to Flint Hill for his junior and senior seasons
  • Averaged a double-double and led the Huskies to back-to-back Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference regular season titles and the 2019 MAC Tournament championship
  • Named First Team All-Met and First Team All-State as a senior while also garnering all-state and Fourth Team All-Met recognition as a junior
