Smith joined the Georgetown baseball support staff in September 2021 as a graduate assistant manager.
He comes to the Hilltop after splitting time at Harper College and Lincoln Christian University as a pitcher for both squads.
During his tenure with LCU, Smith worked with the St. Louis Nike Redbirds for two seasons, overseeing all team activities and skill development for 20 players and managing the club’s budget.
Additionally, Smith has dived into entrepreneurship, creating Smith’s Baseball Academy to help the next generation of young athletes improve their on-field abilities as well as their interpersonal and professional skills.
Smith received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lincoln Christian and is pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Industry Management at Georgetown.
