Prior to Georgetown: Three-year starter and two-year captain at Christopher Columbus High School … Three-time recipient of the team’s Leadership Award (2017-19) … Helped lead Christopher Columbus to four district championships (2016-19), two regional championships (2018-19) and the 2019 state championship … Recorded three sacks in a playoff game in 2019 and recovered a fumble in the state championship game in 2018 … As a senior, recorded 57 tackles, 19 TFL, 13 sacks, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries … Also a member of the wrestling and track & field teams … Won regional and district championships in the discuss and helped lead Christopher Columbus to a state championship in track & field (2019) … Brother-in-law, Erik, played football at Eastern Illinois (2010-15) … In the classroom, was an honor roll student.
