Matt Fallon is in his second season as the assistant director of men’s basketball operations as part of Head Coach Ed Cooley’s staff.
Fallon spent the 2022-23 season as a graduate assistant with the Providence College men’s basketball program and was part of a staff that reached the NCAA Tournament in 2023. Prior to his stint as a GA, Fallon was an undergraduate manager with the Friars for the four previous seasons and was the head manager during the 2021-22 season that saw PC win the BIG EAST regular season title and reach the NCAA Sweet 16.
In his role as head manager and then as a graduate assistant, Fallon developed scouting reports, coded film, was responsible for equipment management, assisted with daily operations and logistics, oversaw the student managers and assisted with recruiting visit coordination.
Fallon earned a Bachelor of Science in finance in 2022 and earned his Master of Business Administration with an additional certificate in sports management in 2023, both from Providence College. A native of Duxbury, Massachusetts, Fallon graduated from Duxbury High School.
