2015:Appeared in 15 games, starting six at close defense during his junior season...Finished season with seven ground balls and two caused turnovers...Picked up a career-high three ground balls in a win over Hobart (3/7)...Caused a turnover in a win over Marquette (3/21)...Selected to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
2014: Appeared in 13 games, starting two at close defense...Finished season with one ground ball, picked up against Marquette...Made his first collegiate start at Marquette (4/19)...Started season finale against Rutgers (4/26)...Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
2013: Appeared in thirteen games at midfield, starting one as a freshman...Recorded two shots with one on goal and picked up two ground balls on the year.
High School: A three-year letterwinner and two-year starter in both lacrosse and football...Served as captain of football team in 2011...Helped lacrosse team to league championships from 2010-2012...Was coached in lacrosse by Chip Davis and in football by Mike Silipo...Played three years of club for the Connecticut Chargers where he was coached by Scott Bulkley.
Personal: Son of Kevin Mahaney and Sarah Ondaatje...Has two older brothers, Chris and Chan and one younger sister, Asia Rupert...Brother, Chris played college lacrosse at Colorado College and is now a professional snowboarder for the US team, while brother Chan is a member of the lightweight crew at Georgetown.
