2023: BIG EAST Champions … Played in all 17 games on the top rope unit … Collected 41 ground balls and was credited with three caused turnovers … Scored a goal against No. 10/12 Yale (5/13) in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament and had an assist against Richmond (3/11) … Tabbed College Sports Communicators Academic All-District … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
 
2022: BIG EAST Champions … Played in 16 of 17 games, missing the NCAA Tournament with an injury … Named the Jason “Prof” Decker Unsung Hero … Collected 48 grounds balls to go with nine caused turnovers … Added three assists … Had six ground balls at Richmond (3/12) and at No. 19 Lehigh (3/26) … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
 
2021: BIG EAST Champions … Played in 15 of 16 games for the Hoyas … Credited with six caused turnovers and 25 grounds balls on the year … Georgetown’s defense that led the NCAA in scoring defense (8.31) and man-down defense (0.829) … Had an assist at Mount St. Mary’s (3/2) and at Loyola (4/29) … Recorded three caused turnovers at MSM and collected five ground balls against No. 11 Syracuse in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament (5/15) … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
 
2020: Played in all six games a freshman during the shortened season, starting the season opener at Lafayette (2/8) … Scored two goals and added an assist for three points on the year … Added seven ground balls and five caused turnovers … Posted lone goals against UMBC (2/15) and Fairfield (2/22) ... A two-way midfielder, excelled on the defensive end and was a key part of the Georgetown defense that led the NCAA in scoring defense (6.33) and scoring margin (10.17) while ranking second overall in clearing (.934) … The Hoya defense allowed just one team to score more than 10 goals on the season and held opponents to under five goals three different times … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team … Season shortened because of COVID-19.
 
Prior to Georgetown: Earned three letters in lacrosse at Gilman … Named a captain as a senior … Named First Team All-MIAA as a senior … Tyler Campbell Award Winner as a senior as the Gilman Team MVP in 2019 … Finalist for the C. Markland Kelly Award as the Maryland State Player of the Year as a senior in 2019 … Named an Under Armour Underclass All-American … Underclass All-American champion in 2018 with team BALTIMORE … Scored 40 points (26G, 14A) with 55 ground balls in 16 games as a senior … Two-year starter in football at Gilman … Made MIAA Championship Game as a senior in 2018 … Played club lacrosse for FCA Maryland and Green Turtle … Was a member of the U15 FCA National Team … Member of the honor roll all four years at Gilman … Earned Gilman Faculty Award in 2019.
 
Personal: Son of Doug and Corie Godine … Older brother, Doug, played lacrosse at Denison … Also has a younger sister, Caroline, who plays lacrosse at North Carolina … Father and grandfather both played lacrosse at Virginia … Graduated from Georgetown’s prestigious McDonough School of Business in 2023 and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Management.
