2021-22: Set a new PR in the 5.2 mile (26:35.0) at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational ... Finished 15th at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 800 meter. 

2020-21: PR at the outdoor Raleigh Relays in the 800 meter (1:53.41) and the 1,500 meter (3:47.75)...PR in the mile with a time of 4:04.77 at the outdoor Virginia Grand Prix...Placed seventh in the 4x400 meter (3:24.14) and eighth in the 1,500 meter (3:48.43) at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Prior to Georgetown: Ran the 10K at the NCAA West Region Championships (2019)...Competed in the Pac-12 Championships and qualified for the NCAA West Regionals  in the 1,500 meter (2018)...Ran the 10K at the NCAA Championships and competed in the 8K at the Pac-12 Championships (2017).
