NCAA Cross Country Championships Qualifier | All-BIG EAST | BIG EAST Point Scorer

2021-22: Set a new PR in the 10,000 meter (28:53.34) to finish fourth at the Virginia Challenge ... Placed third in the 5000 meter at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

2020-21: PR in the 10,000 meter at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 29:05.21...PR at BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5000 meter (13:51.59)...Competed in the 10,000 meter at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round.

2019-20: Finished fourth in the 8K at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships...Competed in the 5K at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships...Competed in the BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing sixth in the 5,000 meter run.  

2018-19: Placed fourth in the 8K at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships … Competed in the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships … At the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, competed in the 10,000 meter run … Earned All-BIG EAST honors with a second-place finish in the DMR at the BIG EAST indoor championships…  Secured a second-place finish at the BIG EAST outdoor championships in the 10,000 meter run, earning All-BIG EAST honors.

2017-18: Competed during the cross country season, finishing 12th at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships to earn Second Team All-BIG EAST honors as the men's team won its third-straight conference team title … Finished 41st at the NCAA Cross Country Mid-Atlantic Region Championships ... BIG EAST All-Academic selection.

2016-17: Finished 12th at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships, helping the Hoyas to their second-consecutive team title and earning Second Team All-BIG EAST honors in the effort. Finished 30th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships to help the Blue & Gray advance to cross country nationals where he was part of the GU squad that finished 21st overall. During the indoor season, he was part of the runner-up DMR squad and finished third to earn a podium spot in the 3,000 meter run. Earned points for the Blue & Gray at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing sixth in the 5,000 meter run.

Prior to Georgetown: Finished fifth in the 3,200 meter run at the 2016 California State Championships ... Finished 27th at the 2015 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships ... Finished second at the 2015 California Division 5 State Cross Country Championships ... Took third at the 2013 and 2014 California Division 5 State Cross Country Championships ... Finished ninth in the two mile at the 2016 Brooks PR Invitational.
