2017-18: Capped another stellar fall as he finished the cross country season earning All-America honors at the NCAA Championships ... Started the cross country postseason with a BIG EAST individual title, the first of his career, leading the Blue & Gray to its third-straight BIG EAST team title ... Won the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region individual title and was named the Mid-Atlantic's Most Outstanding Men's Athlete for his efforts ... His 10th-place performance at NCAAs was the third-straight year a Hoya had finished among the top 10 individually at the NCAA meet, a feat never accomplished before by the program.

2016-17: During the indoor season, turned in a pair of runner-up performances at the BIG EAST Championships as he finished second in the 5,000-meter run and was part of the second-place distance medley relay (DMR) ... Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 5,000-meter run where he finished 13th overall to earn All-America honors ... Was the 10,000-meter champion in the 10,000-meter run at Penn Relays Distance Night ... Was the 10,000-meter runner-up at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... At the NCAA East Preliminary Championships, placed ninth in the 10,000-meter run to advance to the finals site for the third time in his career ... Finished 18th (10,000m) at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Ore., earning Honorable Mention All-America honors.

2015-16: Had a breakout cross country season that saw him finish second at both the BIG EAST and Mid-Atlantic regional championships and fifth at the NCAA championships, the best individual finish for a Hoya since 2000 ... His fifth-place finish helped the Hoyas finish 10th as a team at cross country nationals, the best team finish since 2008 ... Broke 14 minutes in the indoor 5,000-meter run for the first time in his GU career when he ran 13:52.36 at the Iowa State Classic ... Turned in a podium finish when he took third in the 5,000-meter finals at the BIG EAST indoor championships ... Captured his first BIG EAST individual title as he won the 10,000-meter finals at the conference outdoor championships ... Competed in the 10,000-meter first round at the NCAA Outdoor East Prelim, advancing to the finals, held at historic Hawyard Field, where he finished 19th overall.

2014-15: Competed during the entire cross country season, finishing fifth in his first BIG EAST championships to earn All-BIG EAST honors ... Was part of the NCAA squad that finished 17th at cross country nationals ... Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the BIG EAST indoor championships ... Ran a PR 29:06.52 in the 10,000-meter run at the Mt. SAC Relays ... Narrowly missed out on the podium with a fourth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the BIG EAST outdoor championships ... Competed in the 10,000-meter first round at the NCAA Outdoor East Prelim, advancing to the finals, held in Eugene, Ore.

2013-14: Did not compete collegiately ... Won the 10,000-meter finals at the USATF Junior Championships, earning a spot on Team USA at the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships, where he finished 24th in the 38-athlete field.

Prior to Georgetown: A two-time Foot Locker National qualifier ... A two-time Massachusetts Division 1 All-State Cross Country champion ... A two-time Massachusetts All-State Indoor two-mile champion ... Course record holder at North Field Mountain and Gardner Municipal Golf Course, two storied Massachusetts cross country courses.
