2018-19: Earned a first-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the Penn Challenge … Set a personal best of 1:49.79 in the 800-meter run at the George Mason Spring Invitational… Finished in first place in the 800-meter run to earn All-BIG EAST honors at the league’s outdoor championships … Placed second in the 4x400-meter relay and earned All-BIG EAST honors … Ended the season competing in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds.

2017-18: Opened the indoor season as part of the first-place 4x400-meter foursome at the Navy Invitational … Helped the Blue & Gray with a first-place finish in the DMR at the UCS Invitational … Earned All-America honors as the 400-meter leg of GU’s NCAA DMR squad ... BIG EAST All-Academic selection.

2016-17: In his first collegiate open 400-meter run, ran a season-best 49.06 to finish ninth at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational ... Scored points for the Blue & Gray in the 400-meter dash as well as part of the championships 4x400-meter relay at the BIG EAST Indoor Track & Field Championships ... Ran a collegiate-best 1:49.90 in the 800-meter run at the Florida Relays, the first time in his career that he broke 1:50.

Prior to Georgetown: Won the 400-meter dash at the 2015 MIAA/IAAM Outdoor Championships ... Won the 800-meter run at the 2016 MIAA/IAAM Outdoor Championships ... Won the 800-meter run at the 2013 MIAA/IAAM Outdoor Championships ... Finished fourth at the 2015 MIAA Cross Country Championships.
