Finished 16th to earn Second Team All-BIG EAST honors at the conference cross country championships where the Hoyas clinched their third-straight team title ... Recorded a 28th-place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships.

2016-17: Opened his year at the Navy Invitational, an indoor meet ... Finished eighth in the 5,000-meter run in a career-best time to score points for the Blue & Gray ... During the outdoor season, managed a fourth-place showing, his best performance at a BIG EAST meet, in the 10,000-meter run in a career-best time.

2015-16: Participated in three meets during the cross country season through the pre-national meet, including a 14th-place finish at the Paul Short Run ... Turned in a 13th-place finish in the 5,000-meter finals with a PR at the BIG EAST indoor championships ... Recorded a PR in the 10,000-meter finals to take 10th place at the BIG EAST outdoor championships.

2014-15: Competed in two meets during the cross country season, opening with a 41st-place finish at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Meet (college section).

Prior to Georgetown: Finished second in the 3,200-meter run at the 2014 Minnesota Class A State Meet ... Finished second in the 1,600-meter run at the 2013 Minnesota Class A State Meet ...
