2017-18: Was one of many key pieces during the cross country season ... Finished seventh at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships to earn First Team All-BIG EAST honors and help the Hoyas to their third-straight BIG EAST team title ... Managed a 17th-place performance at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships … Placed third in the 3,000-meter run with a career best time at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships … Advanced to the 1,500-meter finals at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships, picking up points for the Blue & Gray in the event … Earned All-America honors as he advanced to the 1,500-meter semifinals at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships ... BIG EAST All-Academic selection.

2015-16: Ran his best GU 5,000-meter time at the Penn Relays Distance Night ... Turned in a seventh-place performance in the steeplechase at the BIG EAST outdoor championships to score points for the Blue & Gray.

Prior to Georgetown: Finished fourth at the 2014 Minnesota AA State Cross Country Meet ... Finished 37th at the 2014 Nike Cross National Meet ... Finished sixth in the 1,600-meter run at the 2015 Minnesota AA State Meet.
