2021-22: Placed third in the 4x400 meter and fourth in the 1000 meter at the Bill Ward Invitational ... Placed 11th in the 4x400 meter at the Mason Spring Invitational ... Placed first in the 800 meter (1:52.47) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet.

2020-21: Finished second at the outdoor Raleigh Relays in the 4x400 meter (3:15.47)...Competed at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 4x400 meter (3:24.14)...Ran in the 800 meter at the outdoor NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (1:50.35).

2019-20: Finished second with the 4x400 meter relay team and earned third-place in the 600 meter run at the Nittany Lion Challenge...Earned third with the 4x400 meter relay team at the Hookie Invitational...Recorded a third-place finish in the 800 meter run at the Penn State National Open...At the BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships, finished eighth in the 800 meter.

2018-19: Finished in first place in the 1,000 meter run at the 2018 Navy Winter Invitational … Earned All-BIG EAST honors after two first-place finishes in the 800 meter run and the 4x400 meter relay at the BIG EAST indoor championships … Finished third in the DMR at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships … Secured a first-place finish in the 800 meter run at the Kehoe Twilight Meet … Runner-up in the 400 meter dash and the 4x400 meter relay at the BIG EAST outdoor championships, earning All-BIG EAST honors… Competed in the 800 meter run at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds.

2017-18: Opened the indoor season with a pair of career best times in the 400 meter dash at the Nittany Lion Challenge and in the 500 meter dash at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge … Posted a second-place finish in the 800 meter run at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships … Advanced to the finals of the 800 meter run at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships, taking second and earning All-BIG EAST honors in a GU 1-2 sweep in the event … Advanced to the second round of the NCAA East Preliminaries with a personal best time of 1:48.74 in the 800 meter run … Was one of two Hoyas, along with classmate Rey Rivera, to compete at the IAAF World U-20 Championships – Padhal for Canada Athletics in the 800 meter run.

Prior to Georgetown: Ruach Padhal won the senior boys 800 meter run at the 2016 OFSAA championships ... He finished fourth in the senior boys 400 meter dash at the 2016 OFSAA Championships ... A 2016 and 2017 WOSSAA 800 meter champion, as well as the 2017 WOSSAA 400 meter champion.
