All-BIG EAST | 3-Time West Virginia Champion (2017 outdoor 100mH; 300mH, LJ)

2019-20: Competed at the 2019 Navy Invitational Track & Field Meet, finishing eighth in the 60-meter hurdles...Finished 12th in the long jump at the Nittany Lion Challenge...At the Hokie Invitational, placed 12th in the long jump.

2018-19: Finished in second place in the 60-meter hurdles at the 2018 Navy Winter Invitational.

2017-18: In her first BIG EAST Championships, she earned points for the Hoyas in a pair of events as she finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles and posted an eighth-place showing in the long jump at the indoor championships … Recorded a PR in the long jump at Penn Relays … Closed the season at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships where she advanced on a PR to the 100-meter hurdles finals and placed third overall to make the podium … Earned another All-BIG EAST honor as she helped the Hoyas to a third-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay.  

Prior to Georgetown: Malika Houston is a versatile hurdler who is the state record holder in the 100-meter hurdles ... Scored in four events at the 2017 West Virginia Outdoor State Championships, posting wins in the 100-meter hurdles (state record), 300-meter hurdles and the long jump and placing third in the 200-meter dash.
