• Finished 47th in the preliminary round of the 1500m with a time of 4:31.62 at the NCAA East Preliminary
• Won the 1500m with a time of 4:14.89 at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships
• Finished 50th in the 6k with a time of 19:32.0 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships
• Placed 3rd in the 6k with a time of 19:31.7 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships
• Won the individual title in the 6k with a time of 19:47.7 at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships, becoming the 6th individual champion in program history
• Claimed the individual title in the 6k with a time of 19:34.8 at the Paul Short Run

2024-25 Season:

• Finished 7th in the Mile with a time of 4:35.06 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning First Team All-America honors
• Won the 800m with a time of 2:03.51 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships
• Won the 4x800m relay with a time of 8:42.56 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships
• Finished 7th in the 1500m with a personal best of 4:07.67 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational
• Finished 7th in the Mile with a personal best of 4:24.98 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational
• Placed 2nd in the 600m with a personal best of 1:28.54 at the Hokie Invitational
• Ran a time of 20:15.4 in the 6k at the NCAA Cross Country Championships
• Finished 7th in the 6k with a time of 20:09.1 at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships

• Ran at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 1500m
• 2023 Most Outstanding Athlete for Georgetown University
