2021-22 Season:
  • Finished 44th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished 2nd at the Mid Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships.
  • Won the 3000 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships.
  • Ran a 1500 PR of 4:15.52 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
  • Ran a mile PR of 4:36.52 at the David Hemery Invitational.
2020-21 Season:
  • Won the BIG EAST Cross Championship.
  • Finished 22nd in the 1500 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
  • Finished 89th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished 2nd in the 800 and ran a leg on the winning 4x800 at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.

2019-20 Season:
  • Won the mile and ran a leg on the winning 4x800 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships.
  • Finished 142nd at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished 10th at the Mid Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.
  • Finished 13th at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships.
2018-19 Season:
  • Won the 1500 at the USATF U20 Championships.
  • Finished 3rd in the 800 and ran a leg on the winning 4x800 at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.
  • Finished 44th in the 800 at the NCAA East Preliminary.
  • Finished 5th in the Mile at the Big East Indoor Championships.
Prior to Georgetown:
  • A 2018 Brooks PR qualifier in the 800 meter run (4th).
  • A four-time WIAA 4A State champion (2018 – 800 meter, 1,600 meter; 2016 - 800 meter; 2015 – 1,600 meter).
  • A 14-time WIAA 4A State podium finisher from 2014-17 in cross country and outdoor track & field.
