As an alternative to shoveling snow or braving frigid temperatures at the end of January, we have put together a sensational golf package for a great winter getaway in the Bahamas. This Fourteenth Annual 19th Hole Club Golf Classic has all the elements for a great vacation--golf, entertainment, shopping, sun and fun!

As many of you know, the Georgetown Golf family was touched very deeply by the September 11 tragedy. Tom Galvin, B?90, a former captain of our golf team, and Joe Shea, B?76, a loyal supporter of Georgetown Athletics, were taken from us. This year, the inaugural Thomas E. Galvin & Joseph P. Shea Memorial Award will be presented during the 19th Hole Club Golf Classic.

TO ATTEND, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1.) Book your flight to Paradise Island on your preferred airline now!

2.) Reserve your space for the 19th Hole Club Golf Classic by calling Bill Ring in the Georgetown Athletic Development Office at (202) 687-6308. Rooms at Atlantis are $250 per room (single or double occupancy, does not include local surcharges) Please do not call Atlantis, we will make the reservations for you!

3.) Fill in the form below and mail or fax it to Bill Ring to confirm everything!

EVENT PACKAGE
$350 per person includes 2 Cocktail Receptions, Saturday Evening Dinner, Awards, and Gifts.

GOLF PARTICIPATION
Tee times have been made for January 24, 25 and 26. $225 per person, per round, is due at the clubhouse each day you plan to play. Acknowledgement of your participation on this form is binding. The 19th Hole Club must guarantee the number of golfers prior to arrival. A cancelled tee time will result in a charge to the 19th Hole Club.
