WASHINGTON, D.C. ? Georgetown University freshman men?s soccer player Jeff Curtin (Oreland, Pa./Germantown Academy) earned his third national postseason award this past week. He was selected by Soccer America as a Freshman All-American.

Earlier this month Curtin earned All Freshman First Team honors from collegesoccernews.com. At the conclusion of the regular season Curtin was honored as the 2002 BIG EAST Rookie of the Year and was named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team. 

The Hoyas ended the 2002 season with an 8-9-1 record including a run to the BIG EAST Championship semi-finals before falling to Boston College 2-0.
