Athletic Director Bernard Muir today announced that Connie Isler has been named Interim Head Coach for Women's Golf.
Isler, a 2005 graduate of Georgetown's McDonough School of Business (Finance and International Business) was the 2005 BIG EAST Co-Champion in Women's Golf. She captained the team as a junior and senior, served as Georgetown's representative on the BIG EAST Conference Student Advisory Committee in 2004 and 2005, and earned BIG EAST All-Academic honors through all four years of her college career. Listed in Who's Who among students in American Universities & Colleges, Connie was ranked in top 100 in Golfweek/Titelist Women's Amateur Rankings.
"I'm happy to have someone of Connie's energy and intelligence working with our Women's Golf program." Athletic Director Muir said. "She certainly knows the program and I'm confident she'll do a terrific job."
