WASHINGTON - Junior forward Brandon Allen (Old Bridge, N.J./St. Joseph's) earned weekly honors on Monday as he helped the No. 9 Georgetown University men's soccer squad (2-0-2) to a 2-0 week. Additionally, the Hoyas announced a time change for Sunday's game against No. 17 UC-Irvine. Kickoff is now slated for noon.

Allen was named to the honor roll after totaling four points on a goal and two assists in Sunday's 4-1 victory over Wisconsin. He tallied six shots in the game and eight for the week.

This is Allen's first nod to the honor roll this season and the second of his career. It mark's Georgetown's second honor roll award of 2014.

The Hoyas will be back in action as they host the Virginia Commonwealth University Rams on Thursday at 4 p.m., at Shaw Field. A webcast and live stats will be available through GUHoyas.com.
