COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The Georgetown track & field team will compete in five different events over the two-day 2017 NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, held at Texas A&M's Rhonda and Frosty Gilliam Jr. Indoor Track Stadium in College Station. The Hoyas will compete in four events on Friday evening, including two finals and two preliminary events.

Broadcast Information
ESPN3 will stream the meet live on March 10 starting at 6:25 p.m. ET and March 11 starting at 4:55 p.m. ET. A re-air of the championship will take place on Sunday, March 12 starting at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN2.

Friday Preview
The first final event on the track will be All-American Jonathan Green (Berlin, Mass./Saint John's School), who will compete in his first NCAA indoor championships. The junior is no stranger to elite national competition as he has earned All-America honors at both the NCAA cross country and outdoor championships. He enters the field with the 11th-fastest 5,000-meter time.

The Georgetown men will also compete in the finals of the distance medley relay (DMR), slated for 9:55 p.m. ET. The Hoyas ran a time of 9:31.26 at the Alex Wilson Invitational earlier this year to clinch the spot in Friday's final.

BIG EAST Champion Kennedy Weisner (St. Marys, Pa./Elk County Catholic) will compete in the first of a two-heat mile prelim. Weisner solidified her spot earlier this season when she clocked a PR 4:37.92. It is Weisner's first trip to the NCAA indoor championships.

All-American Joe White (Clifton, N.J./DePaul Catholic) will compete in his third-consecutive NCAA indoor championships, running in the first of a two-heat 800-meter prelim on Friday. The junior has already set two school records this season, clocking 1:46.44 in the open 800-meter run. A week later he captured the 800-meter relay carry record as part of the NCAA-qualifying DMR.
