Rutherford Final 
Georgetown shot a final round 15-over par 299 and finished in a tie for first place among 13 teams at the 41st Annual Rutherford Intercollegiate, hosted by Penn Staten at par-71, 7,202 yard Blue Course in University Park, Pa.
The Hoyas held an 11-shot lead into Sunday's final round and host Penn State carded a 3-over par 287 to tie the Blue & Gray after 54 holes at 16-over par 868. Oakland finished in third place at 24-over par 876, while Eastern Michigan and Seton Hall tied for fourth place at 27-over par 879.
Georgetown junior Sam Madsen (Madison, Wis./Edgewood/Cardinal Gibbons [Fla.]) fired a 1-under par 70 in the final round and finished in second place among 75 golfers at 1-under par 212. He posted consecutive rounds of even-par 71.
Junior Cole Berman (Philadelphia, Pa./The Haverford School) tied for 11th place at 6-over par 219, including a 7-over par 78 in Sunday's final round.
Junior Jack Musgrave (Chesterton, Ind./Andrean) finished in 22nd place at 9-over par 222, finishing the final round with an 11-over par 82.
Freshman Eduardo Blochtein (Delray Beach, Fla./Spanish River) had Georgetown's second-best round of the day, posting a 1-over par 72 and finished in 31st place at 11-over par 224.
Sophomore Kevin Jackson (Atlanta, Ga./Marist School) shot an 8-over par 79 in the final round and finished in 35th place at 12-over par 225.
Sophomore Anthony Perrino (Concord, N.C./The Canon School)), playing as an individual, shot a 23-over par 236 and tied for 68th place.
The Hoyas are back in action on April 30, beginning play in the BIG EAST Championship in Calawassie Island, S.C.
