WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University volleyball team plays its first midweek match of the season as it travels to face Seton Hall in South Orange, New Jersey on Wednesday night in BIG EAST action. First serve is set for 7 p.m. in the Garden State.

Brennan Wilhite are battling for the team lead in blocks, averaging 0.86 and 0.83 bps, respectively.
• Plutnicki averages 8.19 assists per set to pace the offense with
Margo Pivonka adds 4.29 aps.
• Vujosevic has recorded 32 service aces on the year, followed by Cusi with 20 and both Plutnicki and Barbosa with 13 each.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
• The Georgetown and Seton Hall rivalry is one of the longest in program history for the Hoyas. Playing at least once every season since 1982, Georgetown owns a 33-18 all-time record against the Pirates.
• Georgetown and Seton Hall split the season series in 2018, sweeping each other on their own home courts.
• Seton Hall is 6-12 overall to start the 2019 campaign and has a 1-3 mark in league matches.
• Haylee Gasser leads the Pirates with 2.87 kps, followed by Amanda Rachwal and Julia Wilkins with 2.05 and 2.33, respectively.
• Maggie Cvelbar paces the offense with 7.50 aps.
• On the defensive end, Raygan Murray anchors the back row with 4.09 dps and Rachwal is the top threat at the net with 0.71 bps.
