WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team dropped a BIG EAST road contest, 3-0 (25-13, 25-18, 25-19), at Seton Hall on Wednesday night. With the loss the Hoyas fall to 11-8 overall and 1-4 in league play.
HOYA HIGHLIGHTS

Elissa Barbosa led the Hoyas with eight kills while
Charlotte Kelly posted a career-high six kills.
Margo Snipe and
Iva Vujosevic both had five each.

Jessica Cusi collected nine digs to anchor the back row.

Jewell Johnson was credited with three blocks while
Peyton Wilhite added two.
•
Emma Plutnicki had a team-high 17 assists for the Blue & Gray.
SETON HALL NOTES
• Seton Hall improved to 7-12 overall and 2-3 in BIG EAST play.
• Haylle Gasser led the Pirates with nine kills while Amanda Rachwal added eight.
• Eden Dolezal hauled in 10 digs to lead all players.

Georgetown is idle over the weekend and returns to the Hilltop next week for three matches at McDonough Arena. The Hoyas host St. John's on Wednesday, Oct. 16, DePaul on Friday, Oct. 18 and No. 10 Marquette on Saturday, Oct. 19.
