WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team opens its final three-match road swing as it travels to face No. 9 Marquette on Friday in Milwaukee and DePaul on Saturday in Chicago.

• Georgetown is 13-15 overall to start the season and 3-11 in BIG EAST play.
• The Hoyas went 1-1 last weekend, snapping a five-match losing streak and completing a season sweep over Providence.

ROTATION NOTES

• Six different Hoyas are averaging at least a kill per set.
• Iva Vujosevic leads the way with 3.57 kps, followed by Elissa Barbosa with 2.22 kps.  Peyton Wilhite (1.92), Margo Snipe (1.72), Riley Wertzberger (1.45) and Brennan Wilhite (1.24) round out the six.
• Four Hoyas average at least two digs a set, led by Jessica Cusi's 3.61 and followed by Vujosevic (2.53), Barbosa (2.15) and Emma Plutnicki (2.07).
• Makayla Serrett and Brennan Wilhite are tied for the team lead in blocks, averaging 0.77 bps, each.
• Plutnicki averages 8.10 assists per set to pace the offense with Margo Pivonka adding 5.18 aps.
• Vujosevic has recorded 43 service aces on the year, followed by Cusi with 25 and both Pivonka and Barbosa with 16.

 
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
Marquette

• Marquette is 23-3 overall and 13-1 in the BIG EAST, tied for first in the league standings.
• The Golden Eagles have won eight-straight matches and defeated the Hoyas 3-0 in D.C. in October.
• Vujosevic tied a match high with 11 kills on the night and Cusi led the Blue & Gray with nine digs.
• Allie Barber matched Vujosevic's 11 kills to tie for the match high. Martha Konovodoff led all players with 11 digs.
• Barber leads the Golden Eagles with 4.63 kps while Hope Werch and Kaitlyn Lines add 2.69 and 2.57 kps, respectively.
• Konovodoff anchors the Marquette defense with 4.48 dps.

 
DePaul

• The Blue Demons are 11-15 overall and 3-11 in BIG EAST play.
• DePaul has lost five-straight matches and dropped a five-set decision to the Hoyas on the Hilltop in October.
• Vujosevic and Peyton Wilhite posted career highs in kills, recording 29 and 15, respectively. Vujosevic also had 11 digs for her seventh double-double of the season.
• Barbosa had a double-double as well with 11 kills and 13 digs.
• Cusi tied the match high with 21 digs while Serrett was credited with six blocks, including a pair of solo rejections
• Brittany Maxwell had 17 kills for DePaul and had a double-double with 17 digs.
• Both Blue Demon setters had double-doubles; Ella Siddall (28 assists, 10 digs) and Natalie Hayward (25 assists, 11 digs).
• Maxwell leads DePaul with 3.62 kps while Emma Price and Donna Brown add 2.41 and 2.09 kps, respectively.
• Isabelle Banez averages 4.72 dps on the back row.
