Game Recap: Men's Basketball |

Georgetown Rolls Past UMBC 81-55

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's basketball team opened the game on a 14-0 run and four players finished in double figures in a 81-55 victory over UMBC on Tuesday night at Capital One Arena. With their fourth-straight victory, the Hoyas improve to 8-3 on the year, while the Retrievers fall to 6-7.

ON THE RECORD
"They are embracing the opportunity … Jahvon is definitely taking advantage of it. Jagan has been great for us all year, I think he's only had one poor game. To me, he's the unsung hero. He's a glue guy, he's doing everything. He guards the best player on the team, on the perimeter. He's been knocking down his shot." - Head Coach Patrick Ewing
"We've got Omer inside. He just draws so much attention so the shooters on the other side are most of the time open. So we just get it to them and knock it in." - Jamorko Pickett
