WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's basketball team will return to action in Stillwater, Oklahoma to square off against the RV/25 Oklahoma State University Cowboys as part of the inaugural BIG EAST-Big 12 Battle. Tipoff on Wednesday evening is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.
 
GAMEDAY INFORMATION

• Wednesday's game will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Mike Wolfe will handle the play-by-play with Bryndon Manzer providing analysis and Jessica Morrey reporting from the sideline.
• The game can be heard locally on WOL 1450 radio station with Rich Chvotkin in his 46th season on the call.

LAST TIME OUT

• The Hoyas dropped a 65-61 decision to the visiting UNC Greensboro Spartans on Saturday afternoon at Capital One Arena.
• Omer Yurtseven had 10 points on the day and a game-best nine boards.
• Georgetown shot 36.8 percent from the floor while UNCG hit 38.1 percent from the field.

 
SCOUTING OKLAHOMA STATE

• The Cowboys enter Wednesday's contest with a 7-0 overall record, most recently winning the NIT Season Tip-Off, and is ranked No. 25 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll. 

• The Cowboys are averaging 74.3 ppg, while allowing opponents just 58.4 ppg.
• Isaac Likekele leads the team with a 13.7 ppg average and has a total of 20 steals so far on the season.
• Yor Anei leads Oklahoma State with 7.6 rebounds per game and 23 blocks.

 
ABOUT THE MATCHUP

• Wednesday will be the second meeting all-time between the Hoyas and the Cowboys, with Oklahoma State having won the first matchup.
• The two teams met most recently during the 2016-17 season during the Maui Jim Maui Invitational in Lahaina, Hawaii. Oklahoma State came away with a 97-70 victory as Rodney Pryor led the Hoyas with 15 points and Bradley Hayes had nine rebounds.
• Georgetown is 32-31 all-time against current members of the BIG 12 and this will be Head Coach Patrick Ewing's first game against the conference.
