WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's golf team opens the 2019 campaign at the VCU Invitational, host by Virginia Commonwealth at the Country Club of Virginia in Richmond on Sept. 16-17.  

TOURNAMENT DETAILS
•    Played at the Country Club of Virginia – Tuckahoe Creek in Richmond.
•    The tournament will consist of 54 holes – 36 holes (two rounds) on Monday and the final 18-hole round on Tuesday.
•    With a 6,927-yard course, the VCU Invitational is a par 72 event.
•    Tournament play begins on Monday, Sept. 16 with a shotgun start at 8:45 a.m.
•    Other schools in the event include Boston College, George Washington, James Madison, Loyola Maryland, Maryland, Old Dominion, the host Rams, Villanova and Virginia Tech.
•    Georgetown is paired with Loyola Maryland and George Washington on the first day, teeing off from holes 13-17 to start.
