WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team returns to the friendly confines of McDonough Arena this weekend as it hosts the Hoya Invitational on Friday and Saturday as part of its Alumni Weekend. The Blue & Gray welcome Binghamton, Florida International and Morgan State to the Hilltop and Georgetown's first NCAA Tournament team from 1998 will be celebrated on Saturday following the FIU match. Additionally, the Hoyas will take on crosstown rival Howard on Sunday.

- The Hoyas are 7-0 all-time against Morgan State, including a 3-0 sweep over the Bears last season.
- Morgan State (5-5) opened the year 5-1 but dropped its last four, including three matches in Portland, Oregon.
- Zoe McBride leads the Bears with 4.69 kps while Tylar Roberson adds 3.57 kps.
- Georgetown and Binghamton have only met once before, a 3-0 Hoya victory in 2010.
- The Bearcats are 0-9 to start the year and have played every match on the road so far.
- Francela Ulate leads Binghamton with 2.57 kps.
