WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's golf team hits the road once again to take part in the Wildcat Invitational, hosted by BIG EAST foe Villanova at the White Manor Country Club in White Manor, Pennsylvania on Sept. 30 – Oct. 1.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS
• Played at the White Manor Country Club in White Manor, Pennsylvania.
• The tournament will consist of 54 holes – 36 holes (two rounds) on Monday and the final 18-hole round on Tuesday.
• With a 6,717-yard course, the Wildcat Invitational is a par 71 event.
• Tournament play begins on Monday, Sept. 30 with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
• Other schools in the event include Appalachian State, Boston College, Delaware, Rhode Island, St. John's and host Villanova.
• Last year,
Patrick DiPasquale earned medalist honors with a 2-over par 215 for his first career tournament victory.
• The Hoyas placed third out of seven teams last season in the tournament.
