WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-14) to visiting No. 23 Creighton on Friday afternoon. The Hoyas drop to 6-20 overall and 2-13 in league play while the Bluejays improve to 25-3 overall and 13-2 in the BIG EAST.
 
Hoya Highlights

• Giselle Williams and Mary Grace Goyena both led the Hoyas with seven kills while Peyton Wilhite added four.
• Defensively, Jessica Cusi collected a team-high 16 digs to go with five assists and a service ace.
• Elissa Barbosa and Brennan Wilhite also had 10 digs each.

 
Creighton Notes

• Norah Sis led the Bluejays with eight kills while three other Creighton players had five each.
• Abby Bottomley had 19 digs while Sis added 15 and Jaela Zimmerman chimed in with 13.
• At the net, Annika Welty had five blocks.

The Hoyas remain in the District for their final home match of the season on Saturday against Providence at 2:30 p.m.
