WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-13, 25-12, 25-20) to No. 18 Creighton in BIG EAST action on Saturday night. The Hoyas fall to 4-17 overall and 2-8 in league play while the Bluejays improve to 18-3 overall and 10-0 in BIG EAST play.
 
Hoya Highlights

• Mary Grace Goyena led Georgetown with 10 kills while Chanelle Smith and Brennan Wilhite had five apiece.
• Emma Plutnicki paced the offensive with 22 assists and added five digs and a pair of blocks.
• Defensively, Karis Park hauled in a team-high 10 digs while Ellie Watkins added six.
• At the net, Smith joined Plutnicki with a pair of rejections.

Creighton Notes

• Norah Sis led the Bluejays with 16 kills while Kiana Schmitt added nine.
• Kendra Wait had 34 assists on the night.
• Defensively, Allison Whitten led all players with 13 digs and Kiara Reinhardt was credited with four blocks.
