WASHINGTON – Georgetown University sophomore libero Karis Park earned a nod to the BIG EAST Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the league office on Monday. Park anchored the Hoyas back row to a 1-1 mark over the weekend including the team's first BIG EAST win of the season.

• Averaged 4.70 digs per set to go with nine assists and five service aces over the weekend
• Led the Georgetown defense to its first BIG EAST win of the season in a 3-2 marathon to knock Seton Hall from the ranks of the league unbeatens
• Had 26 digs, six assists and a pair of service aces against the visiting Pirates
• Added another 21 digs, three assists and three aces against St. John's in a five-set setback to close out the weekend

 
The Hoyas return to action on Wednesday as they close out a three-match homestand against Villanova in BIG EAST play.
