WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University swimming & diving team wrapped up day one of the Terrier Invitational in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday.

WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
Erin Hood picked up a second-place mark of 2:02.58 in the 200 IM,Â
Sophia Ribeiro and
Corey Moon went 2-3 in the 500 free, posting times of 4:56.63 and 4:57.88, respectively.
Genevieve Youngman, Bella Wylie,
Allie Sanchez and
Ines Lovato picked up a third-place finish in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:33.67
Lovato, Youngman, Sanchez and Wylie all picked up points in the 50 free, combining for 32.5.Â

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
Tristan Gess captured first place in the 3m dive, scoring a 305.55 in the event.
Conor Jellig rallied down the final 200 yards of the 500 free to post his second-fastest split in the final 50 (26.51) to take third place with a time of 4:30.26.
Jack Brearton also picked up a third-place mark, managing a time of 1:50.70.
Connor Brennan and Jordan Lauver combined to score 20 points in the 50 free.

The Hoyas will return for day two of the Terrier Invitational with a 10 a.m. start time for the prelims and a 6 p.m. start for the finals.
