OCALA, Fla. -The Georgetown University men's swimming & diving team captured its fifth-consecutive BIG EAST Championship with 910.5 points in the 2026 BIG EAST Championships, Presented by Jeep. The women's team finished in third with 1303 points.

HOYA HIGHLIGHTS
- Owen Watkins captured his third individual gold medal of the week with a record-breaking time of 42.61 in the 100 free.
- In the 200 breaststroke, the Hoyas swept the podium with Nick Pezzella (1:57.83) finishing in first, Ben Tunila (1:58.60) finishing in second and Michael Mostofi coming in third (1:59.21).
- In the 1650 free, Camille Weiss finished in fourth with a time of 16:53.88.
- Heidi Wu earned third place in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:58.06
- In the 200 backstroke, Conor Jellig (1:45.61), Ronan Krauss (1:46.83) and Isaac Holtham (1:48.04) finished in third, fourth and fifth, respectively.
- The 400 free relay team of Isaac Holthamm Nick Pezzella, Watkins, and Daren Chen captured first with a time of 2:55.38.
- Madeline Malonem, Lila Connor, Ines Lovato and Taplin Seelbach took second in the 200 free relay with a time of 3:21.43.
- Watkins was named Men's Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Year.
- John Carroll along with assistant coaches Sam Milligan and Meg Tomayko were named Co-Men's Coaching Staff of the Year.
- Tomayko was also named Men's Diving Coach of the Year.
