BOWIE, Md. - The Georgetown University baseball team fell to Seton Hall 11-2 at Prince George's Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Hoyas dropped to 26-18 overall with a 7-8 BIG EAST mark while the Pirates moved to 14-30 overall with a 4-8 conference record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Following a blank first inning, Seton Hall jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the second.
- The Pirates scored once in the third before unloading five runs in the top of the fourth to take a 7-0 lead.
- Georgetown battled back with a sacrifice fly from Ciufo and an RBI single from Carapellotti in the bottom of the fourth to slash the deficit to five (7-2).
- The Hall scored three more in the fifth to bump its edge to eight (10-2).
- Both teams were held off the board in the sixth, seventh and eighth innings before the Pirates tallied one in the ninth to knock off the Hoyas (11-2).

Georgetown will head to College Park on Tuesday, May 3 for a 6:30 p.m. contest with the University of Maryland at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium.
