WASHINGTON – Georgetown University Women's Basketball Head Coach
James Howard has announced the addition of transfer Jada Claude to the 2022-23 roster. The Fayetteville, Georgia native played two years at Duke University before spending a season at Morehead State University.

- Named All-OVC Second Team and to the OVC All-Newcomer Team her junior season at Morehead State.
- Averaged 13.6 ppg and 7.1 rebounds per game for the season starting in all 28 games.
- Notched seven double-doubles on the year.
- Had a career-high 24 points against Eastern Illinois on Feb. 24 and a career-high 18 rebounds against USC Upstate on Dec. 18).
- A three-time OVC Newcomer of the Week selection
- Played in 22 games, making three starts at Duke as a sophomore
- Averaged 3.5 ppg and posted career highs in points and rebounds, with seven points and 10 rebounds in a career-high 28 minutes against Longwood.
- Appeared in 18 games with three starts her freshman season at Duke
- Named Region, County and Georgia Athletic Coaches Association (GACA) All-State 5A South Player of the Year in 2018-19 after averaging 20.2 ppg, 14.4 rpg, 3.0 apg and 2.8 blocks per game.
- Completed her high school career as the only player in school history with over 1,000 points, 1,000 rebounds and 250 blocked shots for both boys and girls
- Tallied 1,382 points, 1,217 rebounds, 254 blocks and 149 steals over her four seasons with Whitewater, adding 52 double-doubles.
- Received GHSA All-State Class 5A, Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) All-Metro and AJC All-State First Team accolades as a junior
- A Region Player of the Year, County Defensive Player of the Year, GACA All-State 5A South Team, AJC All-State Second Team and AJC All-Metro Second Team selection her sophomore campaign.
- Earned County Freshman Player of the Year and All-Region Second Team as a freshman.
