Swimming & Diving to Open 2022-23 Campaign at the Potomac Relays

WASHINGTON – Following a stellar 2021-22 campaign that featured the program's first BIG EAST Championship, the Georgetown University swimming & diving team will open the 2022-23 season at the Potomac Relay, hosted by American University, on Friday, September 23 at 3 p.m. The relay events will take place at the Reeves Aquatic Center while the diving events will be completed at McCarthy Pool.

"We are really excited to get back in the pool on Friday, being led by a solid mix of upperclassmen and newcomers. We have been training well since the group came back in August and the Potomac Relays are always a great event for us to open the season because of the talent level that is here in the DMV. Our team feels well-prepared and are looking forward to opening the season on Friday." Head Coach Jack Leavitt on opening the 2022-23 season at the Potomac Relays.
