WASHINGTON – Maya Drayton has been tabbed as the BIG EAST Women's Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference on Wednesday. The award follows the Nittany Lion Challenge hosted by Penn State on Saturday, January 14.

• The Cherry Hill, New Jersey native finished third in the 400 meters with a time of 55.75.
• This is Drayton's first conference honor of the season, and she currently has the top time in the conference thus far.
• Drayton's time ranks 48th among all NCAA sprinters this season.
