WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University football team (4-4, 2-1 PL) fell 28-18 at home to the Colgate Raiders (3-4, 1-1).
ON THE RECORD
"Im really proud with how our kids fought throughout the whole game. From the start we were chasing them a bit but I thought we settled in a little bit in the second half. Got to give Colgate a lot of credit, they made a lot of plays tonight where we did not. If you look at the stats we had the ball for close to 40 min and out gained Colgate by a bunch but we didn't make critical plays when it mattered most. Next week we will focus on trying to cut down turnovers and keep working to get better every day."- said Head Coach
Rob Sgarlata.
