WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball program had three players honored by the BIG EAST when the conference released their postseason awards Tuesday afternoon.

Peyton Wilhite was named All-BIG EAST while
Emily Wen and
Kamryn Lee-Caracci earned All-Freshman honors.

All-BIG EAST
- Wilhite was an anchor for the Hoyas all season long, appearing in each of Georgetown's 115 sets this season.
- Her 425.5 total points and 3.7 points per set led the Georgetown offense this season. Her 25 points in Georgetown's 3-2 win over Butler were a career-high for the San Diego native.
- Wilhite was a premier talent on the defensive end as well. She totaled 2.57 digs per set and .78 blocks per set on the year, highlighted by career highs of 20 digs and nine blocks against Howard on August 25th.
- Her performance against Howard alongside wins over George Mason and American earned a BIG EAST Honor Roll nod in the first week of the season.
- In 2019, Wilhite was named to the BIG EAST All-Freshman team. She also earned BIG EAST All-Academic honors in 2019, 2020 and 2022.
- She ranks in the top 25 for Georgetown history in career blocks and attack percentage and has appeared in over 100 games in her four seasons with the Hoyas.
Emily Wen

- Emily Wen had an outstanding season as the Hoyas primary setter this year, totaling 1,101 assists while appearing in all 115 sets for Georgetown.
- Wen had four 50+ assist matches this season, headlined by a career-high 56 in Georgetown's November 17th win over UConn.
- Her 9.57 assists per set were fourth most in the BIG EAST this season, the most by a BIG EAST Freshman and eleventh most by a freshman country-wide.
- The freshman setter from San Gabriel, California also had 37 kills, 35 aces, and 241 digs this season.
Kamryn Lee-Caracci
All-Freshman
- Middle blocker Kamryn Lee-Caracci was a force for Georgetown from day one when she announced her arrival with seven blocks and seven kills against Howard on August 25th.
- After her first match, Lee-Caracci kept impressing and never looked back. In the second week of the season she was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week, tallying 19 kills and 12 blocks in victories over Radford and VCU. She led the BIG EAST with a .468 hitting percentage that weekend.
- Lee-Caracci's .94 blocks per set led the Hoyas this season, second most by a BIG EAST Freshman this season.
- On September 16th Lee-Caracci set a career-high with 21 kills against Delaware State.
