WASHINGTON – Through 54 holes of play, Georgetown University's women's golf team placed fourth at the Kingsmill Intercollegiate with a three-round score of 61-over par 925 (310-302-313). The tournament, hosted by William & Mary, was held on the par-72, 6,057-yard River Course at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. The Hoyas tallied 31 birdies over two days to lead all squads in the category.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Following 54 holes, Megan Gormley carded a 7-over 223 (74-70-79) to finish tied for second with three other athletes. Over the three days she tallied 12 birdies to go along with 26 pars.
- Kaitlyn Lees turned in her best 54-hole performance of the year as she carded a 10-over 226 (78-76-72) with an even par showing in the final round. The graduate student tied for seventh overall and managed seven birdies and led the squad with 33 pars. Over the third round, Lees tallied a trio of birdies and 10 pars, bookending the day with three to start and a pair to close.
- Freshman Angela Lee closed the tournament with a 54-hole score of 26-over 242 (79-81-82). She tallied a quartet of birdies and managed 26 pars.
- Esther Park carded a 27-over 243 (79-79-85) over the three-round tournament. Park tied for 65th and the 243 marks the best showing for Park this season.
- Lauren May rounded out the Hoyas competing as she was one stroke behind Park with a 28-over 244 (87-77-80) to tie for 65th overall. May tallied a pair of birdies in each of the last two rounds.
