Women’s Tennis 2023 Recruiting Class Ranked Sixth By Tennis Recruiting Network

WASHINGTON – The 2023 incoming recruiting class for Georgetown University's women's tennis team was ranked sixth in the women's mid-major recruiting classes by the Tennis Recruiting Network.

The mid-major rankings include all colleges in all divisions except for those in the five power conferences- the ACC, Big 10, Big 12, PAC-12, and SEC - as well as the Ivy League. The TRN's rankings do not consider incoming transfer students or players who competed for college teams in 2022-23.

The Hoyas will welcome four incoming freshmen this fall including two five-star, one four-star and one three-star recruits.

"I am thrilled to welcome this group to campus in just a few weeks," said Head Coach Freddy Mesmer. "I have built strong relationships with each of the incoming freshmen and I can't wait to work with them this fall. They all will be a great addition to the program we are continuing to build. I know the rest of the team is looking forward to welcoming them into our Hoya Tennis family."
