WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's swimming & diving team will head to Mount Vernon Athletic Complex in Washington D.C. to compete against George Washington University on Saturday, January 19th and 20th. The diving team will compete on Friday the 19th at 7:00 P.M., while the swim team will compete the following date at 11:00 A.M.

ABOUT THE HOYAS

• At the Brown invite that concluded the Hoyas' fall season, both the men's and women's team finished second and broke seven program records combined. 
• Hoyas Shaun Kronenwetter, Bailey De Luise, Grant Closson, and Connor Brennan set a new 200-free relay record with a time of 1:24.26. 
• Bailey De Luise set another program record in the 100 breast with a time of 54.22 while snagging fourth place at the invite.
• Jordan Gross finished first in the C final for the 200 fly with a time of 1:47.81, setting another program record for the Hoyas. 
• Kronenwetter also broke the 50-free program record with a time of 20.41 while placing second in the B final. 
• Erin Hood smashed the 200 IM program record with a time of 2:01.47 and earned second place at the invite.
• Hood also contributed to another new record along with Lindsey Wagner, Genevieve Youngman, and Madeline Malone in the 200 IM relay. The relay squad finished second with a time of 1:41.01. 
• Rounding off the record-setting, Maddie Bauer broke the 200-free program record with a time of 1:48.76 and a third place finish. 
• Kira Agne captured first place in the 1650 freestyle with a time of 16:50.94. 
• Hoya Diver Nicolas Santiago placed second in the 1m dive with a score of 301.30. This is Santiago's second NCAA Zone qualifying score. 
• Hood, Malone, Youngman, and Maddie Haley finished in third in the 400 medley relay (3:44.89). 
• Hood also placed first in the 200 breast with a time of 2:14.57.
