WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men's and women's swimming & diving teams will travel to Pennsylvania to take on BIG EAST foe Villanova on Saturday, October 26. Diving will start at 11 am and swimming will follow at 1 pm.  

ABOUT THE HOYAS

• The men's team is back in action after having a week off while the women's team returns to action after falling 186-109 to UConn last Saturday. 
• Against the Huskies, Ines Lovato, Allie Sanche, Madeline Malone and Taplin Seelbach placed first in the 400 free relay with a time of 3:36.20.
• At American, freshman Kaitlin Lee led the Hoyas with victories in the 200 free (1:53.70) and the 500 free (5:10.38).
• Owen Watkins led the men's team in its win over the Eagles with a first-place finish in the 50 free (21.15) and the 100 free (45.72). The freshmen also helped the Hoyas take first in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:32.36.

ABOUT THE WILDCATS

• The women's team opened the season with a 172-128 victory over UConn at home last Thursday. 
• The men's team will kickoff the 2024-25 season against the Hoyas on Saturday.
