WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's golf team finished in 10th place at the Hamptons Intercollegiate, a two-day, three-round tournament, with a total score of 915 across 54 holes. The Hoyas posted rounds of 307, 297 and 311 at the par-72, 6,665-yard Maidstone Club in East Hampton, New York.
Freshman Alan Rose led the Hoyas, finishing 9-over par and tying for 34th overall, while Barnes Blake followed closely at 10-over par, tying for 38th place.
Hoya Results
- Alan Rose placed highest on the leaderboard for the Blue & Gray tied for 34th. The freshman turned in cards of 72, 78 and 75 (+9).
- Barnes Blake finished his three rounds tied for 38th overall. The sophomore turned in cards of 79, 67 and 80 for a three-round score of 226 (+10).
- CJ Winchenbaugh tied for 44th on the leaderboard with cards of 78, 75 and 76 for a score of 229. The freshman finished his three rounds at 13-over par.
- Max Hutter and Jacob Finard rounded out the Hoyas at 19-over (235) and 33-over (249), respectively.

The Blue & Gray will host the 40th Annual Georgetown Intercollegiate from Monday, October 14 to Tuesday, October 15 at Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield, New Jersey. The event is scheduled to be a two-day event.
